titleOfInvention Method for producing paper-making reconstituted tobacco
abstract The invention discloses a method for producing paper-making reconstituted tobacco. The method comprises the following steps of extracting essential oil from a tobacco raw material through supercritical carbon dioxide fluid; obtaining the tobacco raw material which is subjected to extraction; transferring the tobacco raw material which is subjected to the extraction to a raw material extraction tank; mixing the tobacco raw material which is subjected to the extraction with tobacco stems; performing water extraction to obtain extract liquid and solid residue; concentrating the extract liquid and then adding the essential oil into the concentrated extract to obtain dip-coating liquid; preparing a film base from the solid residue by a paper-making process; and finally coating the dip-coating liquid onto the film base to obtain the reconstituted tobacco. The method is technically feasible and can be widely used for producing the paper-making reconstituted tobacco, and the product quality is easily controlled. By the method, the use ratio of the tobacco raw material can be improved, the burden of sewage discharge can be reduced, and the appearance and sensory quality of the paper-making reconstituted tobacco can be improved.
