abstract | The invention discloses a process for making light delicious nutrient egg rolls, comprising the production steps of (1) crushing coix lachryma-jobi kernels and rhizoma dioscoreae to obtain coix lachryma-jobi kernel powder and rhizoma dioscoreae powder for standby, and squeezing dragon fruits, mulberries and guavas to obtain dragon fruit juice, mulberry juice and guava juice for standby respectively; (2) preparing shaddock peel into shaddock shortening for standby; (3) pulping sugar and egg to bubble, and then adding flour, the coix lachryma-jobi kernel powder and the rhizoma dioscoreae powder for pulping, and finally, adding the shaddock shortening, the dragon fruit juice, the mulberry juice and the guava juice for pulping, thereby obtaining paste; (4) feeding the paste into an egg roll forming machine to obtain egg rolls; and (5) performing sterilization and packaging to obtain the finished products after the sampling inspection is approved. The egg rolls made by the method provided by the invention is rich in nutrition; various non-conventional components added to the egg rolls are rational in matching; as a result, the egg rolls are capable of clearing away heat and toxic materials and cannot get people inflamed no matter how much egg rolls people eat; the egg rolls also have excellent food therapy effect; and the coix lachryma-jobi kernels and the rhizoma dioscoreae are capable of improving the plasticity of the egg rolls so that the egg rolls are crisp and delicious. |
