titleOfInvention Fast patching method for concrete highway pavement
abstract The invention discloses a fast patching method for concrete highway pavement. The fast patching method for concrete highway pavement includes the steps of a, clearing and chiseling off pits on the pavement to keep the pits clean and dry; b, preparing epoxy resin concreting material, and pouring the material into the pits; c, maintaining the pavement to allow passage after four hours, wherein the epoxy resin concreting material comprises 98 parts of E44 epoxy resin, 15 parts of dibutyl phthalate, 10 parts of asbestos powder, 1 part of defoamer, 6 parts of anhydrous ethylenediamine, 2 parts of acetone, 260 parts of gravel 10-20mm in particle size, 150 parts of gravel 5-10mm in particle size, 150 parts of medium sand, 150 parts of ultrafine sand, and 150 parts of white cement. The fast patching method for concrete highway pavement has the advantages that construction time is short, binding property is high, and the patched pavement is high in deforming ability, high in waterproofing, resistant to wear and high temperature, high in adaptability and high in water stability and frozen stability.
