abstract | The invention relates to a molecular detection method for identifying the nucleotide point mutation of a rhizoctonia solani Sdh gene and the drug resistance of the rhizoctonia solani Sdh gene to thifluzamide, and special primers, belonging to the technical field of molecular biology. A primer pair consists of nucleotide sequences shown as SEQ ID NO:1 and SEQ ID NO:2. The method for identifying the point mutation of rhizoctonia solani for generating drug resistance to thifluzamide, provided by the invention, has the characteristics of high sensitivity, easiness, rapidness and high stability, can be used for effectively distinguishing sensitive strains from drug-resistant strains, and is used for detecting the occurrence and development states of the resistance of field rhizoctonia solani to thifluzamide. The method plays important roles in early pre-warning of resistant diseases, draw-up of a reasonable disease management scheme and effective control over the development of drug-resistant diseases. |
