The invention discloses a class of platinum compounds whose leaving groups contain malonic acid derivatives containing amino groups and alkylamino groups, their pharmaceutically acceptable salts, their preparation methods and pharmaceutical compositions containing the above compounds. The invention also discloses the use of the above compounds in the treatment of cell proliferation diseases, especially in the treatment of cancer. The platinum compound of the invention has high solubility in water and low toxic and side effects. |
