abstract | The invention discloses a production device and a production method of calcium citrate. The production device comprises multi-stage reaction tanks which are connected in series; an agitating device is arranged in a first-grade reaction tank at the first position; the production device is also provided with an air back flushing pipeline which is capable of pumping air into at least one reaction tank of the various-grade reaction tanks following the first-grade reaction tank at the first position. The production method is carried out in the production device, and comprises the steps as follows: continuously introducing calcium carbonate slurry and citric acid fermenting liquor into the first-grade reaction tank of the various-grade reaction tanks under the condition of agitating and generating calcium citrate; continuously introducing the obtained material with pH of 4 to 4.5 and containing calcium citrate into various-grade reaction tanks following the first-grade reaction tank; and pumping air into at least one reaction tank following the first-grade reaction tank through the air back flushing pipeline. With the adoption of the production device and production method disclosed by the invention, additional calcium carbonate added to the reaction tanks following the second-grade reaction tank is not needed; and the obtained calcium citrate has high quality. |
