titleOfInvention Application of Au/TiO2 nanotube array in photocatalytic degradation of sugar wastewater
abstract The invention discloses an application of an Au/TiO2 nanotube array in the photocatalytic degradation of sugar wastewater. The photocatalytic degradation of sugar wastewater is realized by preparing a TiO2 nanotube array on the surface of a titanium sheet with an anodic oxidation method, cleaning, airing and placing the titanium sheet in a muffle furnace for 2hours at the temperature of 500 DEG C, taking the titanium sheet out and cooling to the room temperature, then placing the titanium sheet in a mixed deposition solution which contains 1g/L chloroauric acid and 30g/L boric acid, depositing for 90 seconds under the ultrasonic condition at the direct current voltage of 2.5 v, airing to obtain the Au/TiO2 nanotube array; and placing the Au/TiO2 nanotube array in 25ml-50ml of sugaring wastewater, adjusting the pH value of the wastewater to 1-2 with HCl, and irradiating for 20hours under 253.7nm ultraviolet light. The most significant characteristics of the application are as follows: the Au/TiO2 nanotube array is obtained by performing direct current deposition on the TiO2 nanotube array prepared by the anodic oxidation method under the ultrasonic condition; and the Au/TiO2 nanotube array is applied to the photocatalytic degradation of sugar wastewater so as to greatly reduce the treatment cost and time of sugaring wastewater.
