abstract | The invention discloses a scutellarin prodrug using cyclodextrin as a carrier and a preparation method for the scutellarin prodrug. Scutellarin is connected with the cyclodextrin by an ester bond formed by carboxyl in the scutellarin and hydroxyl in the cyclodextrin. Sodium salt in the scutellarin and the sulfonyl-substitutive cyclodextrin are subjected to esterification reaction in high-polarity organic solvent, and a reaction product is purified and refined to obtain the scutellarin prodrug. The scutellarin prodrug has a characteristic of being released in the rectum and the cecum of a human body, is high in bioavailability, has large quantities of hydrophilic active groups, and accordingly is good in water solubility and biocompatibility. The preparation method for the scutellarin prodrug is simple in operation, raw materials are easy to obtain, reaction conditions are mild, and the preparation method can be used for preparing scutellarin prodrugs on a large scale. |
