abstract The invention discloses an edible fungus medium abscisic acid moisturizing agent prepared from abscisic acid, a stabilizer, a fungicide and water. The method for moisturizing edible fungi by the moisturizing agent comprises the steps that a proper number of abscisic acid moisturizing agents is added in edible fungus dehydrated culture material, water is added for dilution, the culture material is uniformly stirred until the normal moisture content of the edible fungus is achieved, then a proper amount of clear water is added to prepare an edible fungus culture solution with high moisture content, and then the normal fungus growth and fruiting edible fungus can be carried out by the culture solution. Anti-water-logging genes of organisms can be activated by the moisturizing agent through the anti-water-logging function of the abscisic acid, active substances such as catalase, superoxide dismutase and ascorbate peroxidase can be induced to be increased, and the capacity of eliminating ROS (Reactive oxygen species) can be improved, so that the anti-water-logging capacity of the organisms is improved, and edible fungus hyphae can grow normally in high-water-content cultivation material.
