titleOfInvention Heat-resistant alpha-amylase and construction method of gene engineering bacteria thereof
abstract The invention relates to alpha-amylase and a construction method of gene engineering bacteria thereof, belongs to the field of genetic engineering and enzyme engineering, and further relates to a coding gene of the alpha-amylase derived from Bacillus sp. bacteria. The gene sequence of the coding gene of the alpha-amylase is indicated in SEQ NO.2 in a sequence table. The amino acid sequence of the recombined alpha-amylase generated by expression of recombinant microorganism constructed by the gene is indicated in SEQ NO.1 in the sequence table. High-efficiency production of the alpha-amylase can be achieved by utilizing the obtained coding gene of the alpha-amylase to construct the recombinant microorganism. Therefore, the alpha-amylase has good industrial application prospects.
