titleOfInvention Application of rhamnolipid as demulsifier
abstract The invention discloses an application of rhamnolipid as a demulsifier. The rhamnolipid can be a thallus-removed fermentation broth of pseudomonas aeruginosa, can be an acid precipitation concentration product of the fermentation broth, and can be a rhamnolipid pure product with a mass percentage concentration exceeding 90%. The acid precipitation concentration product is a bottom acid precipitation product of acidified thallus-removed fermentation broth, and usually contains rhamnolipid with a mass percentage ratio higher than 40%. When rhamnolipid is adopted as the biological demulsifier, the rhamnolipid has a better demulsifying effect than that of a chemical surfactant, and the rhamnolipid is environment-friendly. When rhamnolipid is used in a demulsification dehydrating agent of oil-containing dross, water content of the dross can be greatly reduced, and an effect is substantial.
