abstract The invention discloses a cleanness monitoring system, which is used for monitoring cleanness of an automatic material conveying system. The automatic material conveying system comprises a plurality of cassettes for loading a material, and according to the automatic material conveying system, the cassettes are circularly conveyed according to a predetermined path. The cleanness monitoring system comprises a cleanness measuring device, a first signal transmitting and receiving device, a second signal transmitting and receiving device and a measuring host, wherein the cleanness measuring device is arranged on the cassette for measuring cleanness to obtain measured data; the first signal transmitting and receiving device is arranged on the cassette and is connected with the cleanness measuring device for receiving the measured data, converting the measured data into a wireless signal and transmitting the wireless signal; the second signal transmitting and receiving device is arranged at a predetermined position outside the cassette for receiving the wireless signal; and the measuring host is connected with the second signal transmitting and receiving device for receiving the wireless signal and generating the measured data according to the wireless signal. The invention also discloses the cassette of the automatic material conveying system. In such a mode, the cost of the cleanness monitoring system and the cassette can be reduced, and the monitoring efficiency is increased.
