abstract | The invention discloses a solid fermentation method of a straw fermentation bio-additive. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps of: mixing solid media according to the ratio of water to bean pulp powder to wheat bran powder to cane sugar to urea being 400:200:200:10:5; split charging into wild-mouth bottles after uniformly mixing; sterilizing for 20 minutes at the temperature of 121 DEG C; inoculating a straw fermentation bio-additive liquid strain into each bottle according to the proportion of 10-20 percent; and carrying out static cultivation for 48-72h at the temperature of 35 DEG C, wherein after natural airdrying, the microbial content in fungicide reaches 700*108/g. According to the method, the production cost can be reduced, the product quality and the effectiveness are improved; and when the method is applied to water body purification, the nitrite in a water body can be degraded, a pH value of the water body is reduced, the water body is purified, and wide application prospect is realized. |
