titleOfInvention High-strength antibacterial long-glass-fiber-reinforced AS (Acrylonitrile-Styrene Copolymer) composite material and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses a high-strength antibacterial long-glass-fiber-reinforced AS (Acrylonitrile-Styrene Copolymer) composite material and a preparation method thereof. The composite material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 39-58.5 parts of acrylonitrile styrene, 8.7-13.05 parts of high-fluidity acrylonitrile styrene, 8.7-13.05 parts of thermoplastic polyurethane elastic-plastic rubber, 0.4-0.6 part of antibacterial agent, 0.4-0.6 part of dispersing agent, 0.4-0.6 part of antioxidant, 2.4-3.6 parts of compatilizer and 20-30 parts of glass fiber. The invention has the advantages that the defect that the AS is not suitable for preparing the long-glass-fiber-reinforced AS master batch due to high viscosity, poor fluidity and fragility is overcome, and the phenomenon of 'fiber floating' of the short-glass-fiber-reinforced AS composite material is solved.
