abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method for improving strength of synthetic paper. The method is characterized by comprising the steps as follows: continuously adding high density polyethylene, active heavy calcium carbonate, vinyltriethoxysilane, dicumyl peroxide, calcium stearate, zinc stearate and antioxidant 1010 into a continuous internal mixer through respective automatic metering scales, controlling weight proportions of the materials by controlling the automatic metering scales, and controlling the temperature of an internal mixing section of the continuous internal mixer to be 130-160 DEG C; feeding the continuously internally mixed materials into a film blowing machine system, enabling the materials to pass through a screw extruder, enabling an extruded melt to pass through an O-shaped die head to form a die pipe, and blowing the die pipe by compressed air at the temperature of 120-130 DEG C to obtain the synthetic paper; and rolling the synthetic paper, placing a paper roll in hot water of 80-90 DEG C for soaking for 10-15h, and drying to obtain the synthetic paper with improved strength. The longitudinal strength of the synthetic paper with the improved strength is 1.5-3.5kN/m and the horizontal strength is 2.0-8.0kN/m. |
