titleOfInvention Method for preparing synthetic paper with porous surface
abstract The invention discloses a method for preparing synthetic paper with a porous surface. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps of: preparing body paper of the synthetic paper by the processes of: continuously adding high density polyethylene, active ground calcium carbonate and a mixed aid consisting of 55 weight percent of sodium stearate, 40 weight percent of zinc stearate and 5 weight percent of antioxidant 1010 into a continuous internal mixer on line through respective automatic metering scales, controlling the temperature of the internal mixing section of the continuous internal mixer to be 130 to 160 DEEG C, delivering the continuously internally mixed materials to a film blowing machine system, extruding the materials into a melt through a screw extruder, forming film tubes through an O-shaped die head, and blowing the film tubes into the body paper of the synthetic paper at the temperature of between 120 and 130 DEG C by using compressed air; and cutting the body paper into two pieces by using a cutter, performing corona, coating and drying on each piece, soaking into an acid tank for acid washing, soaking into a washing tank for washing, drying, and reeling. The ink absorbability of the synthetic paper with the porous surface obtained by the method is 10 to 30 percent.
