titleOfInvention Microcrystalline ceramic composite electrothermal material and method for preparing far-infrared ceramic electrothermal plate by using same
abstract The invention relates to a microcrystalline ceramic composite electrothermal material and a method for preparing a far-infrared ceramic electrothermal plate by using the same. The microcrystalline ceramic composite electrothermal material is composed of graphite microcrystal, antistatic graphitized carbon crystal and SiC-B4C-containing excessive carbon. The method for preparing the far-infrared ceramic electrothermal plate comprises the following steps: mixing the microcrystalline composite powder with ceramic blank clay, carrying out ball milling, granulating, molding, applying a mixed glazeslip of microcrystalline powder containing low-temperature thermosensitive high-infrared-emittance anions on the surface of the plate blank, firing to form a planar heating plate, and establishing a conductive electrode on the lower surface of the plate. The far-infrared ceramic electrothermal plate has the advantages of uniform and stable thermal properties, high heating speed, favorable electric insulation property, long service life high electrothermal conversion efficiency and high infrared emittance, and can release anions. The far-infrared ceramic electrothermal plate can be directly made into heating wall bricks and heating floor tiles, can also be used as main components in electric heating appliances, and is widely used for heating in families and offices as well as medical treatment.
