abstract | The invention provides compound gentamycin procaine gastric floating sustained-release pellets. Each sustained-release pellet is composed of a drug-loading pellet core, a controlled release layer, a gas-producing layer and a blocking layer from inside to outside, and is prepared by successively coating the drug-containing pellet by the controlled release layer, the gas-producing layer and the blocking layer. The gastric floating sustained-release pellets have good sphericity, with initial floating time in gastric liquid less than 2 min and continuous floating time longer than 8 h, have good sustained-release performance, can obviously prolong detention time of drugs in a stomach, and improve treatment effect of the drugs for gastritis. |
