The invention provides the preparation process of the aspirin enteric-coated tablet, which dispenses with a granulation step, and the aspirin enteric-coated tablet with a low salicylic acid content, which is prepared through adopting the preparation process. Tablet cores of 1.5 millions of aspirin enteric-coated tablets provided by the invention comprise following components by weight ratio: 142.5Kg to 157.5Kg of aspirin, 15.39Kg to 17.01Kg of pregelatinized starch, 5.13Kg to 5.67Kg of starch and 8.55Kg to 9.45Kg of microcrystalline cellulose. The preparation process of the aspirin enteric-coated tablet provided by the invention comprises the following steps that (1) the aspirin, the pregelatinized starch, the starch and the microcrystalline cellulose are mixed; (2) a completely mixed material is tableted; (3) the tablet cores obtained after the tabletting are coated to obtain the coated tablets; and (4) the coated tablets are aired.
