abstract | The invention discloses a sodium aescinate freeze-dried powder injection which has single preparation component and high stability and is free from irritation and a preparation method thereof. The freeze-dried powder injection comprises sodium aescinate serving as a major agent, tert-butyl alcohol serving as a freeze-drying protective additive and water for injection in the mass ratio of 1:(50-300):100. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: dissolving sodium aescinate into tert-butyl alcohol; stirring for dissolving; adding water for injection, mixing and stirring to obtain a clear and bright solution; and performing adsorption decarburization, filtration sterilization and split charging freeze drying to obtain a sodium aescinate freeze-dried powder injection. The sodium aescinate freeze-dried powder injection prepared with the method disclosed by the invention can be produced efficiently on an industrial scale by adopting the conventional process equipment; and moreover, a process is simple, a tert-butyl alcohol-water cosolvent can be recycled, preparation cost is saved, and discharge of waste is reduced. |
