abstract | The invention discloses a lithium-ion battery positive material coated with metal phosphate on the surface and a preparation method of the lithium-ion battery positive material. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: (1) adding the positive material into a dissolved dispersing agent solution, and fully and uniformly dispersing the positive material; (2) successively adding an ammonium hydrogen phosphate solution and a metal phosphate solution into the solution, and stirring; and (3) filtering, drying, carrying out heating treatment for 1-5 hours at the temperature of 300-700 DEG C, and preparing the positive active material with the coated surface. The lithium-ion battery positive material provided by the invention has the advantages that the cycling stability and the rate capability of the active material can be obviously improved, the preparation process is simple, and the large-scale production is easy. |
