abstract The invention relates to a traveling slip capable of pressurizing and lifting an underground tubular column on any position, and the traveling slip is matched with a pressure energy storage servicing machine to use. The traveling slip comprises a main body and a tubular column clamping device, wherein two sides of the main body are respectively provided with a lifting wire rope, the lower part of the main body is connected with a counter-pressurizing device through a connecting rod, and the counter-pressurizing device is connected with an oil pipe hoisting device; and the counter-pressurizing device is provided with a counter-pressurizing wire rope, and a hoisting ring is arranged inside the oil pipe hoisting device. The lifting of the tubular column can be completed by matching the lifting wire rope and the oil pipe hoisting device when the dead weight of the underground tubular column is larger than the jacking force, and the laying of the tubular column at a pressure state can be completed when the lifting wire rope, the tubular column clamping device and the counter-pressurizing wire rope are cooperative to use. The entire tubular column can be pressurized to lift up or lay down on any position in the pressure operation process, so that the operation efficiency is greatly improved. Meanwhile, the possibility for scraping the underground tubular column can be reduced, the tubular column can be protected against damage, the service life of the tubular column is prolonged, and the labor intensity of workers also can be alleviated.
