titleOfInvention Cigarette paper burning conditioning agent for reducing harm and improving quality and application of cigarette paper burning conditioning agent
abstract The invention discloses a cigarette paper burning conditioning agent for reducing harm and improving quality and an application of the cigarette paper burning conditioning agent. The burning conditioning agent is prepared from alkali metal salt of aconitic acid, alkali metal salt of guluronic acid, gulonolactone and gluconolactone. An aqueous solution which contains the burning conditioning agent at a certain concentration is uniformly added in cigarette paper through a metering rod type film transfer glue applicator during the glue applying working section of cigarette paper production, and the additive amount of the burning conditioning agent in the cigarette paper is 0.5%-0.6% in mass percent. Compared with the prior art, the cigarette paper burning conditioning agent has the following advantages that the cigarette paper burning conditioning agent for reducing harm and improving quality has a simple and convenient preparation process, is easy to control, and can produce according to the production requirements; and the cigarette paper burning conditioning agent for reducing harm and improving quality is simple and convenient to apply, the existing cigarette paper production technology does not need to be changed, raw materials are low in cost, and the cigarette paper burning conditioning agent has a better industrial application value.
