titleOfInvention Hydraulic-jet net forming method and device and nonwoven fabric product
abstract The invention discloses a hydraulic-jet net forming method and device and a nonwoven fabric product. The method comprises the steps of: raw material feeding, fiber grabbing and carding of a drum, spunlace jetting and agglutination for net forming, wherein spunlace jetting comprises the step of jetting and washing out the fiber on card clothing distributed on the surface of the drum by spunlace head jetting row type water needles, and the spunlace head jetting row type water needles are arranged along with the operation direction of the drum and are consistent with the tangent line of the operation direction of the drum; and the agglutination for net forming comprise the steps that the fiber which is subjected to spunlace jetting and washing out falls to the net forming region of a continuous operating net curtain, an air suction device on the back of the net forming region sucks water by the meshes of the net curtain, and the fiber is uniformly dispersed and agglutinated on the net curtain to form a net. The device comprises the drum coated with card clothing, the spunlace head and the net curtain, wherein the jetting direction of the spunlace head is identical and tangential with the rotation direction of the drum, the net curtain is located below the rear side of the drum, the air suction device is arranged in the net forming region of the net curtain, and a spraying surface formed by the jetting direction of the spunlace head coincides with the net forming region of the net curtain.
