titleOfInvention Fungus for inducing dalbergia odorifera to form dalbergia woods
abstract The invention discloses a fungus for inducing dalbergia odorifera to form traditional Chinese medicine dalbergia woods. A preserving number of the fungus is fusarium fungus JXMFC-5(Fusariumsp.) of CGMCC No.6379, cultural characters of the fungus are that bacterial colonies on a PDA culture medium, an aerial hyphae is panniform, backs of the bacterial colonies are slightly yellow, the diameter of the bacterial colonies growing for one week is 6-8cm, microconidia single spore is oval or long circle, slightly bends, and is (7.92-10.64)*(2.1-3.76) mu m. Bacterial strains are inoculated to a tree trunk of a dalbergia odorifera tree, and plants can be induced to form the traditional Chinese medicine dalbergia woods. Application of the bacterial strains can rapidly solve a problem that dalbergia wood resources are in lack, is favorable for reasonably developing resources of the dalbergia odorifera tree, and has important economic, social and zoological benefits.
