The process realizes the blending and fermentation of the medicinal materials and the fermented grains, and simultaneously ensures that the liquid material in the fermentation system can be in sufficient contact with the medicinal materials; the extraction rate of active ingredients in the medicinal materials is increased, and the taste of the medicinal material extract is improved; meanwhile, fragrance ingredients in the liquor are integrally reserved; and the liquor is full-bodied and mellow in mouthfeel.
