titleOfInvention | Antiwear lithium base grease composition |
abstract | The invention relates to an antiwear lithium base grease composition which comprises the following components: 3.2 to 8.2 % of 12-OH lithium stearate soap, 0.8 to 2.0 % of lithium stearate soap, 89.0 to 95.8 % of mineral base oil containing high sulfur and 0.2 to 0.8 % of diphenylamine. The composition is characterized by using the mineral base oil containing high sulfur to prepare the ntiwear lithium base grease. The product has small diameter of wearing crack in four-ball testing and good anti-attrition effect, can effectively improve friction and wearing situations when machinery equipment runs, and can be used for lubrication of automobile, engineering machinery and other machinery equipment. |
