titleOfInvention Hydrophobic controlled-release antibacterial film and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses a hydrophobic controlled-release antibacterial film and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps of: adding 0.5-1.5g of zein powder and 10-80mg of hydrophobic antibacterial agent in sequence into an ethanol solution to obtain a solution A, dissolving 0.5-1.5g of casoid flour into deionized water to obtain a solution B, rapidly pouring the solution B into the solution A for mixing, adding 1-4mg of hydrophilic antibacterial agent and 0.4-0.8g of glycerol, and drying into a film A; and dissolving 0.4-2g of zein powder into 20ml of ethanol solution to obtain a solution C, pouring into the surface of the film A, adding absolute ethanol into the solution C during ultrasonic treatment, pouring the liquid on the surface of the film A, standing to obtain a film B, washing, and drying to obtain the antibacterial film. Due to the adoption of the hydrophilic controlled-release antibacterial film, the release of antibacterial substances is delayed, and the quantity guarantee period of foods is prolonged; and the hydrophobic controlled-release antibacterial film has a wide application prospect in a medical product.
