titleOfInvention Quartz fiber surface microstructure and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses a quartz fiber surface microstructure and a preparation method thereof; the quartz fiber surface microstructure comprises quartz fibers with the diameters being 1mum to 1000mum and a circular groove array which is around the fibers; the spacing of the circular grooves is adjustable from 1mum to 1000mum; and the depths of the circular grooves are adjustable from 100nm to 100mum. The preparation method comprises the following steps that (1) organic solvent a which has the proportion not higher than that of water and is insoluble with the water is added into a plastic beaker, then an appropriate amount of HF acid solution is added, finally organic solvent b which has the proportion lower than that of the water and is insoluble with the water is carefully added, and three layers of corrosive liquid are formed; (2) the quartz fibers are vertically arranged in the corrosive liquid, a set depth is corroded, a set distance is pulled and then the set depth is corroded continuously; and (3) the step (2) is repeated for a plurality of times, and the quartz fiber surface microstructure can be obtained. According to the quartz fiber surface microstructure and the preparation method, the structure is novel, the preparation is simple, and the microstructure can be applied in micro-nano optics, biology, sensing, information and other fields.
