Through clinical treatment demonstration by a lot of cases, the pharmaceutical composition of the invention has significant effect, is nontoxic, and good in stability; and a new traditional Chinese medicine preparation is provided with treatment, rehabilitation and health care effect on rheumatic joint swelling and pain, limb crymodynia, muscle and bone pain caused by wind-cold invasion, swelling and pain caused by soft tissue damage, ankylosis, and the like.
