The invention relates to the technical field of biology, in particular to a synthetic peptide containing an amino acid sequence shown as SEQ ID NO: 1. The invention also relates to application of the synthetic peptide in preparation of anti-infective drugs and wound healing drugs. The synthetic peptide is a hexapeptide formed by only six amino acids and is synthesized by a chemical method, so the production cost is reduced accordingly; compared with other complicated antibacterial peptides or growth factor peptide preparations and the like, the synthetic peptide is easier to produce and is suitable for being widely used in clinic; and the synthetic peptide provided by the invention has multiple activities, high antibacterial activity, a significant role in promoting wound healing, low dose, one-time daily application and obvious efficacies. |
