titleOfInvention Easily degradable vegetable oil-coated controlled-release fertilizer and technology for preparing same
abstract The invention relates to an easily degradable vegetable oil-coated controlled-release fertilizer and a technology for preparing the same. The vegetable oil-coated controlled-release fertilizer comprises a core fertilizer and a vegetable oil-coated layer which wraps the core fertilizer, wherein the total coating ratio is 2-12wt%, a vegetable oil coating agent consists of a component A and a components B as follows: the component A is obtained through reacting 18-22 parts of vegetable oil, 2-5 parts of polyhydric alcohol, 7-10 parts of dimethylbenzene and 1 part of vegetable fiber by weight under stirring for 0.8-2 hours in a reactor under the condition of 55-65 DEG C; and the component B is obtained through adding 2-4 parts of polyprotic acid or acid anhydride into 8-12 parts of the vegetable oil by weight to be activated for 1-2 hours at 110-180 DEG C. The technology is simple, the nutrient controlled-release period of a product can be controlled at 1-9 months, and nutrients are accurately controlled to release, so the fertilizer utilization ratio is increased, and pollution is reduced.
