titleOfInvention Quasi monolayer eiderdown mesh spaced thermal insulation composite film and application thereof
abstract The invention relates to a quasi monolayer eiderdown mesh spaced thermal insulation composite film and application thereof. The thermal insulation composite film is configured by laminating of 3-20 layers of metallized polymer composite films, and fiber meshes, fixed with warp knitting meshes, spaced in the metallized polymer composite films. The thermal insulation composite film is characterized in that it is a multilayer composite thermal insulation material with a warmth retention structure that one side can bear effect of high or low temperature of -250-250 DEG C, and the other side keeps a normal temperature at 5-40 DEG C; the thermal insulation composite film has a thickness of 4-20 mm, an actual compaction thickness of 1-6 mm, and weight per square meter of 40-600g / m<2>, and is a fully closed, adhered or sewed thermal insulation, warmth retention and soft laminating thermal insulation composite film. The thermal insulation composite film can be applied alone or combined with other materials in body protection and environment insulation for high and low temperature occasions, such as fire protection, military, adventure and industry.
