The high-effective compound feed is prepared with protein source material, grease, carbohydrate material, vitamin complex, compound mineral salt, coated methionine, coated lysine, monocalcium phosphate and other materials according to certain proportion. The preparation method includes the following steps: (A) the materials are respectively ground, and the protein source material and the carbohydrate material in the formula are mixed; (B) the vitamin complex, the compound mineral salt, choline chloride, the coated methionine, the coated lysine and amino acid are sequentially mixed with the protein source material and the carbohydrate material; (C) puffing and pelletization are carried out according to conventional puffed aquatic product feed processing equipment and method; (D) the mixture of bean oil, corn oil and palm oil is sprayed onto the pellet-like feed.
