titleOfInvention Corn starch preparation method
abstract The invention provides a corn starch preparation method. The method includes: soaking niblets, condensing obtained corn soak solution, smashing soaked niblets to separate germs out, grinding niblet tissues containing corn bran and endosperms after degerming to separate fibers out, separating obtained coarse starch milk to obtain gluten water and starch milk, and washing the starch milk. The concentration method of the obtained corn soak solution includes evaporation of the corn soak solution, and the evaporation method includes that a falling film evaporator is used for condensing the corn soak solution to 40-45wt%, and a scraper film evaporator is used for condensing the 40-45wt% of corn steep liquor to 48-52wt%. Using the method can obtain high-concentration corn steep liquor and avoid the problem of influences on drying capacity of a drying machine and steam consumption caused by high water content of corn steep liquor added to a subsequent fiber feed drying procedure.
