titleOfInvention | Material of soybean polysaccharide hollow capsule and production method of capsule |
abstract | The invention provides a material of a soybean polysaccharide hollow capsule, and aims to solve the problems of poor friability and poor disintegration existing in the conventional hollow capsule. According to the technical scheme of the invention, the material comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 32-42 percent of soybean polysaccharides, 45-54 percent of pulullan polysaccharides, 2-10 percent of a humectant and 4-8 percent of a gel. The soybean polysaccharide hollow capsule is prepared from the material by the following steps of: a, fully mixing all components, adding water, mixing and stirring uniformly; b, putting a mixture obtained by stirring uniformly in the step a into a water bath for dissolving, removing air bubbles, cooling in a water bath, and preserving heat for 30-40 minutes to obtain a colloid; and c, dipping glue, drying, cutting and combining to obtain the soybean polysaccharide hollow capsule. The hollow capsule prepared by taking the material as a raw material has high friability and high disintegration, and the quality of the hollow capsule is not reduced if the hollow capsule is preserved for a long time. |
