The seedling culture method provided by the invention has the advantage that the growth condition of the mother bamboos can be easily controlled, the side branch germination of the bamboo joints at the lower part can be promoted, the cutting slips are collected in two stages, resources are sufficiently utilized, the utilization rate of the mother bamboos is improved, the cutting slip quality is high, the rooting time is short, the propagation rate and the cuttage survival rate are high, the culture bamboo seedlings are healthy and strong, meanwhile, the transportation cost can also be reduced, the mountain climbing afforestation is convenient, the peeling cup is not needed during the afforestation, the afforestation speed and the afforestation survival rate can be respectively accelerated and improved, the bamboo seedling recovery is fast after the afforestation, the growth is fast, and the economic benefits are good.
