titleOfInvention | Moisture-proof agent for paper surface and preparation method for moisture-proof agent |
abstract | The invention relates to a moisture-proof agent for a paper surface. The moisture-proof agent is characterized by consisting of the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 30 to 40 percent of styrene, 15 to 20 percent of acrylic ester, 8 to 10 percent of functional monomer, 0.4 to 0.6 percent of emulsifying agent, 0.05 to 0.15 percent of defoaming agent and the balance of water. After the moisture-proof agent is added, water indexes of finished paper can be well controlled, and the quality of the finished paper can be ensured; the paper is required to pass through a front drying part, a glue applicator and a rear drying part in the process of adding the moisture-proof agent, the dryness of the paper reaches 92+/-2 percent after the paper passes through the front drying part, and a layer of moisture-proof agent is coated onto the paper after the paper passes through the glue applicator to ensure that the paper is isolated from outside air, so that the using amount of steam in the rear drying part can be greatly reduced; and after the moisture-proof agent is used, physical ring compression indexes can meet quality requirements easily, so that the using amount of other preparations such as starch fluid can be reduced, and the cost of starch and the cost of energy consumption can be saved. |
