titleOfInvention | Epoxidized soybean oil modified resin coated controlled release fertilizer and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention relates to an epoxidized soybean oil modified resin coated controlled release fertilizer which is prepared by the following steps of: preheating granulated fertilizers with the grain size ranging from 2mm to 5mm in a revolving drum to 60-90 DEG C, uniformly mixing epoxidized soybean oil, epoxy resin, a diluent and a curing agent according to a certain proportion, and gradually adding the mixture by several times or spraying the mixture on the surface of the preheated granulated fertilizers to react in situ several minutes later so as to form a membrane through curing, thus forming the modified epoxy resin coated controlled release fertilizer which is smooth and compact and has different nutrient releasing performance. Due to the added epoxidized soybean oil, the price of the coated controlled release fertilizer is lowered, the biological degradability of a membrane shell is improved, the controlled release performance of the fertilizer is further enhanced, and the large-area promotion and application of the coated controlled release fertilizer is benefited. The nutrient releasing performance of the fertilizer can be adjusted according to the coating thickness and the amount of the additives, and the release period of the fertilizer can be accurately controlled within 1 month to 12 months in variety. |
