titleOfInvention Plant-oil-based printing ink vehicle and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses a plant-oil-based printing ink vehicle which comprises 39-46% of plant-oil-based resin and 54-61% of plant oil solvent. The plant-oil-based resin comprises 10-40 parts of soybean oil, 60-100 parts of tung oil and 0.5-8.5 parts of super solid acidic catalysts. The plant oil solvent comprises 17-62 parts of soybean oil, 10-55 parts of tung oil, 28-40 parts of ethanol and 0.5-7.5 parts of catalysts. A preparation method of the plant-oil-based printing ink vehicle includes preparation of the plant-oil-based resin, preparation of the plant oil solvent, preparation of the plant-oil-based printing ink vehicle and the like. The soybean oil and the tung oil are used as raw materials to prepare the plant-oil-based printing ink vehicle. The plant-oil-based printing ink vehicle can substitute for a conventional printing ink vehicle utilizing petroleum as solvent so that environmental pollution can be reduced while petroleum resources can be saved, and further has the advantages of high drying speed, coloring fastness and low cost.
