titleOfInvention Device and detection method for Os in-situ distillation of Carius tube
abstract The invention discloses a device for Os in-situ distillation of a Carius tube. A top cover of an electric heating steam bath boiler is provided with multiple circular holes matched with the diameter of the Carius tube, a clapboard with small holes is arranged inside the middle of the electric heating steam bath boiler, the Carius tube is vertically inserted into the circular holes on the top cover of the electric heating steam bath boiler, and the bottom of the Carius tube is supported on the clapboard, thereby guaranteeing that the Carius tube is placed into steam; an upper part of the Carius tube is sealed by a rubber head of a dropping bottle, and an air inlet and an air outlet are respectively opened at the top of the rubber head of the dropping bottle; an air inlet thin pipe is arranged in the air inlet hole, and an air outlet thin pipe is inserted into the air outlet; one end of the air inlet thin pipe is extended to the bottom of the Carius tube, and the other end of the air inlet thin pipe is connected to an external air source; and one end of the air outlet thin pipe is extended to a neck part of the Carius tube, and the other end of the air outlet thin pipe is connected to the bottom of an absorbing bottle. The invention also discloses a method for the Os in-situ distillation. The device is simple in constitution, convenient to use, and high in output capacity, and is capable of distilling multiple samples simultaneously, thereby being suitable for batch sample analysis.
