titleOfInvention Composition and method of washing particle containing modified hydrotalcite component
abstract The invention relates to a composition and a method of recyclable washing particle containing modified hydrotalcite component for washing machines. The washing particle comprises 79.7-84.7% of aliphatic polyamide and 15-20% of modified hydrotalcite without crystal water, wherein the modified hydrotalcite is obtained by adding 1-10 parts by weight of a quaternary ammonium salt cationic surfactant containing a hydrophobic group and having a carbon number of 12-18 into each 100 parts by weight of hydrotalcite with a particle size of 10-150nm. The washing particle provides proper friction on the clothing to wash the clothing during the process of washing clothes, and additionally the modified hydrotalcite contained in the washing particle can exchange a variety of anions, particularly the stains containing a long carbon chain stains; and the washing particle can significantly reduce the dosage of water and detergent, has obvious washing effect and can be recycled.
