abstract | The invention provides a preparation method of a Ziegler-Natta catalyst, which comprises the following steps: mixing halogenated magnesium-alcohol adduct, alkyl aluminum compound and transition metal halide, and reacting to obtain the Ziegler-Natta catalyst. The invention also provides a preparation method of polyethylene, which is implemented in a way that: under the actions of a cocatalyst and the Ziegler-Natta catalyst provided in the invention, carrying out polymerization reaction in a second organic solvent to obtain the polyethylene. In the invention, under the actions of the alkyl aluminum compound and halogenated magnesium-alcohol adduct, a magnesium-aluminum supporter is obtained, and the transition metal reacts with the magnesium-aluminum supporter, so that the transition metal is supported on the magnesium-aluminum supporter; and the introduced aluminum element enhances the supporting rate of the transition metal, so that the catalyst has high catalytic activity. The experimental result indicates that the supporting rate of titanium in the Ziegler-Natta catalyst is 10-15 wt%, and the catalytic activity is 40000-65000g-PE/g-cat.h. |
