titleOfInvention Method for preparing 2,3,6-trichloro-trichloromethylpyridine from DCTC (dichlorobenzotrichloride) flash bottoms
abstract The invention relates to a method for preparing 2,3,6-trichloro-trichloromethylpyridine from DCTC (dichlorobenzotrichloride) flash bottoms. 2,3,6-trichloro-trichloromethylpyridine is an intermediate of a pesticide and medicine. The 2,3,6-trichloro-trichloromethylpyridine prepared from DCTC flash bottoms can enhance the resource utilization ratio. The method comprises the following steps: by utilizing the differences of volatility, solubility and boiling point between polymers in DCTC flash bottoms and chloropyridine micromolecule compounds as well as the catalytic degradation function of the catalyst on the chloropyridine polymers, converting the chloropyridine polymers into 2,3,6-trichloro-trichloromethylpyridine and other micromolecule compounds by carrying out catalytic cracking and vacuum distillation on the DCTC flash bottoms, and obtaining crude oil containing 2,3,6-trichloro-trichloromethylpyridine; carrying out alkaline assistant water solution washing and graded freezing on the crude oil containing 2,3,6-trichloro-trichloromethylpyridine, and recrystallizing with a composite solvent to purify the 2,3,6-trichloro-trichloromethylpyridine; and finally, drying to obtain the 2,3,6-trichloro-trichloromethylpyridine product, wherein the yield relative to the mass of the DCTC flash bottoms is 1-20%, and the mass percentage of the 2,3,6-trichloro-trichloromethylpyridine is greater than 97%.
