titleOfInvention Method for synthesizing aliphatic dibasic acid alkoxy ethyl ester by using ZSM-5 molecular sieve to catalyze
abstract The invention provides a method for synthesizing aliphatic dibasic acid alkoxy ethyl ester by using a ZSM-5 molecular sieve to catalyze. The aliphatic dibasic acid and dibasic alcohol ether which are used as raw materials are directly subjected to esterification reaction to synthesize aliphatic dibasic acid alkoxy ethyl ester under the action of the ZSM-5 molecular sieve catalyst and the n-butyl ether azeotropic dehydrating agent; the mass percent of the ZSM-5 molecular sieve catalyst is 0.5-3% of the total mass of reactants; the molar ratio of the dibasic alcohol ether and the aliphatic dibasic acid which the materials reacting to synthesize the aliphatic dibasic acid alkoxy ethyl ester is 2.0:1 to 3.0:1; the reaction temperature is 150-240 DEG C; and the mass percent of the n-butyl ether azeotropic dehydrating agent is 5-30%. The ZSM-5 molecular sieve catalyst and the n-butyl ether azeotropic dehydrating agent are adopted to prepare the aliphatic dibasic acid alkoxy ethyl ester. The process can not cause corrosion to the equipment, causes less pollution to the environment and boasts of economical reaction. The product which is the aliphatic dibasic acid alkoxy ethyl ester is the low-toxicity cold-resistant plasticizer with excellent performance.
