The solvent water treatment system comprises a solvent water pipeline, a steam pipeline, a condensed water preheating device, a desolvation treatment device, a desolvation evaporating device, a solvent collecting device and a condensed water collecting device, wherein the condensed water preheating device is provided with a steam inlet, a solvent water inlet, a solvent water outlet and a condensed water outlet; the solvent water pipeline is fixedly connected with the solvent water inlet of the condensed water preheating device; the steam pipeline is fixedly connected with the steam inlet of the condensed water preheating device; the desolvation treatment device comprises a first and a second inlets and a first and a second outlets, wherein the second inlet is fixedly connected with the steam pipeline; the first inlet is fixedly connected with the solvent water outlet of the condensed water preheating device; the second outlet is fixedly connected with the solvent collecting device and the first outlet is fixedly connected with the inlet of the desolvation evaporation device; and the condensed water collecting device is fixedly connected with the condensed water outlet of the condensed water preheating device. The desolvation evaporation device includes a heater, an evaporimeter, a circulating pump, a compressor and a separator, wherein the heater, the evaporimeter and the circulating pump form a closed loop pipe connection, the heater, the evaporimeter, the separator and the compressor form a closed loop pipe connection, the heater and the condensed water preheating device are fixedly connected to each other, the heater is a horizontal type tubular heat exchanger, and an outlet of the condensed water collecting device is connected to a vacuum unit.
