titleOfInvention Production method of utility pole
abstract The invention discloses a production method of a utility pole, comprising the steps of: arraying a first group of common alkali-free glass fiber, glass fiber continuous mat and bidirectional 45-degree glass fiber braided fabric and then guiding into a first group of steeping pools through a guide device; and carrying out first-stage clockwise winding by using a winding machine after preliminarily forming through a first group of pre-forming dies. According to the invention, in the winding process, the product hardly generates bubbles, has less inner holes and has high shearing strength and instability resistance; the production of the utility pole is realized by a pultrusion process; the produced utility pole is light in weight, high in strength, high in bearing capability, free of deformation, free of moisture absorption, stable in volume, chemical corrosion resistant, ageing resistant, good in vibration attenuation, nonconductive, simple in structure, suitable for segmented transport, and convenient in site mounting; and the operations are easy to implement.
