In the total composition of the toothpaste, the weight percentage of 6-gingerol in the total composition of the toothpaste is greater than or equal to 0.001%, the weight percentage of sodium chloride in the total composition of the toothpaste is greater than or equal to 1.0%, and the weight percentage of neoherculin and nitidine chloride in the total composition of the toothpaste is greater than or equal to 0.005%. Compared with the prior art, the traditional Chinese medicine toothpaste disclosed by the invention has the functions of diminishing inflammation and relieving pain, can effectively relieve gingival bleeding, swelling inflammation and pain, and can meet the requirements of consumers for preventing the oral cavity.
