Researches show that rice introduced with the gene is improved obviously in cold resistance and aluminum resistance performance. The OsICL protein and the coding gene thereof provided by the invention contribute to the study of molecular mechanism of aluminum resistance and cold resistance of rice, and have great application value in cultivation of rice varieties with aluminum tolerance and cold resistance, or in resistance improvement on other crops with aluminum and cold sensitivity by a transgenic method. |
