titleOfInvention 2,3-Diarylthiazolidin-4-ones, -thiones, their oxides and their uses
abstract The present invention belongs to the technical field of medicine, and relates to 2,3-diarylthiazolidin-4-ones, -thiones and their oxides. The structure is as follows: wherein, X is O, S; n is 0, 1, 2; when ring A is any one of I~IV, ring B is any one of V~VII; when ring B is any one of I~IV, ring A is any one of V~VII ring; Y in I~IV represents atoms or functional groups such as methoxy, ethoxy, hydroxyl, halogen, nitro, amino or benzyloxy; R 1 ~R 13 are each independently hydrogen, methoxy, hydroxyl , halogen atom, nitro, amino or benzyloxy, or two adjacent substituents can be -OCH 2 O- to form a five-membered ring, or two adjacent substituents can be -CH=CH-NH - thus forming a five-membered ring. The results of the pharmacological activity test show that the derivatives have good antitumor activity and can be used for the application of tumor cell proliferation inhibitors in the preparation of tumor drugs.
